What are the causes of problems in the production of air cushion membrane machine?
Air cushion film machine is used for packing a moistureproof and shockproof pressure machine of chemical products, its products applied to the electronic instrument, household appliances, handicrafts, glass products, handicrafts, bicycles and other goods packaging. But some of the production of the outer packing will cause problems, resulting in unusable, so what causes it?
1. The extrusion temperature is low and the resin is malleable. The transparency of the film after the blow molding of the air cushion membrane machine is poor. The solution is to increase the extrusion temperature properly, so that the resin can be plasticized uniformly.
2. In order to solve the excessive swelling ratio of the product, the membrane bubbles are unstable and swing back and forth, easy to crease and fold, need to reduce the swelling ratio of the air cushion film.
3, adjust cooling device, ensure uniform outlet of the air volume, can make the thickness of the film appeared evenly, so when the delivery around the cooling wind ring, need adjustment caused by the uneven cooling effect.
